Due to unpredictable hotel charges we will not be posting hotel room pricing information at this time. For the best hotel price WBHA recommends calling hotel directly or using an online search engine such as Priceline.com , Expedia.com, Cheaphotels.com, Travelocity.com, and etc.
Thank you to all vendors who participated in the 2015 convention. Hope to see you all in 2016. The convention will be at the Central Wisconsin Convention & Expo Center (formerly the Patriot Center) again next year on April 1st & 2nd, 2016. Contracts will be sent out after the Christmas Holiday to all current vendors. Any business or organization wishing to attend as a vendor can contact me by e-mail or phone and I will get you on the contract list.
Attention all hunting groups...
Our raffle committee (Earl Vanderveren& Dave Klum) and our SOS auction committee (Jerry Honeyager, & Carl Schoettel ) are seeking financial donations for the 2016 annual convention raffle and auction.
As you know the cost of everything is going up and this includes items for the auction and raffles. If your hunting group is able to make a donation to the auction and raffle fund, or if you have an item to donate, it would be greatly appreciated if you would contact these committees prior to the Annual Convention.

Annual Convention Photo Contest
There will be a photo contest this year at the annual convention, Please bring a photo you do not mind getting back. The board of directors will be voting on the best photos. And please put your name and member number on the back of the photo’s so we know who the photo’s belong to.

Bring a Friend – Win a Gun
For every new person you bring to the annual convention and sign up as a new member, your name will be entered into a raffle for a gun.
It’s simple folks: times are tough. The economy is hurting our association too. We can’t continue to depend just on our existing members to fund all the important things the WBHA does. WE NEED NEW MEMBERS and we need to boost attendance at the annual meeting. Thank you for your support!

Annual Raffle Info – Please Read
Please note: You must be a WBHA member in order to purchase Annual Raffle tickets.
Pre-purchased raffle ticket packages will be available for pick-up during regular membership hours. All pre-purchased packages must be picked up no later than 10 am on Saturday, March 29th, 2014. All general raffles will close at 1:30 pm.
You must be present for the membership raffle in order to claim prize.
Membership Raffle drawings will be held and announced intermittently during the SOS Auction beginning at 1:45 pm.
Prize winners will have 10 minutes from the time that the winners are announced to claim prize. If you are not able to claim prize within 10 minutes—you will forfeit your prize and an alternate will be awarded the prize.
