Vendor Information

Thank you to all vendors who participated in the 2015 convention. Hope to see you all in 2016. The convention will be at the Central Wisconsin Convention & Expo Center (formerly the Patriot Center) again next year on April 1st & 2nd, 2016. Contracts will be sent out after the Christmas Holiday to all current vendors. Any business or organization wishing to attend as a vendor can contact me by e-mail or phone and I will get you on the contract list.

Attention all hunting groups...

Our raffle committee (Earl Vanderveren& Dave Klum) and our SOS auction committee (Jerry Honeyager, & Carl Schoettel ) are seeking financial donations for the 2016 annual convention raffle and auction.

As you know the cost of everything is going up and this includes items for the auction and raffles. If your hunting group is able to make a donation to the auction and raffle fund, or if you have an item to donate, it would be greatly appreciated if you would contact these committees prior to the Annual Convention.

Annual Convention Photo Contest

There will be a photo contest this year at the annual convention, Please bring a photo you do not mind getting back. The board of directors will be voting on the best photos. And please put your name and member number on the back of the photo’s so we know who the photo’s belong to.

Friday Night Banquet

Friday | April 1, 2016 | 7:00pm

The 2016 Annual Convention Banquet will be held at the Holiday Inn & Suites.

Banquet tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for kids 4-12 (under 4 free). This includes meal, keynote speakers, raffles, door prizes, and special visitation time.

Membership Promotion

Bring a Friend – Win a Gun

For every new person that signs up at the annual convention, your name will be entered into a raffle for a gun.

It’s simple folks: times are tough. The economy is hurting our association too. We can’t continue to depend just on our existing members to fund all the important things the WBHA does. WE NEED NEW MEMBERS and we need to boost attendance at the annual meeting. Thank you for your support!

WBHA Member Raffle Info

You MUST BE a WBHA member in order to purchase Member raffle tickets. YOU MUST BE PRESENT FOR THIS RAFFLE IN ORDER TO CLAIM PRIZE.

Pre-purchased raffle ticket packages will be available for pick-up during regular convention hours. All pre-purchased packages must be picked up no later than 10am on Saturday, April 2nd, 2016. WBHA Member Raffle will close at 1:30pm. WBHA Member Raffle drawings will be held and announced intermittently during the SOS Auction beginning at 1:45pm. Winners will have 10 minutes from drawing to claim prize. If you are not able to claim prize withing 10 minutes, you will forfeit your prize and an alternate will be awarded the prize.

Pre-purchased tickets packages come pre-labeled with members WBHA ID# on each ticket. Ticket package increments include 75 for $100, 25 for $50, & 10 for $25 (Single tickets will be available at the Annual Convention.

You NEED NOT BE a WBHA member in order to purchase Annual Raffle tickets and you NEED NOT be present to win.

Grand Prize- 2016 Polaris Sportsman 850SP & Triton 3 place ATV trailer or $10,000.00 cash. 49 additional prizes to win including 29 guns.
