Growing up, I was always hunting, fishing, or trapping with my dad, grandparents or uncle. I have always been around and had my own hounds . I currently have 5 hounds that I run on bear, coyotes, and bobcats.

You may or may not remember one of our previous WBHA Preseidents, William(Bill) Klugow. I grew up with him being one of my mentors. I’m very blessed to have had him as family and to learn so much from him. He instilled the importance to me as a young girl to participate in these organizations to preserve our heritage for younger generations.

I feel honored to have been nominated by one of our current board members with a second of our state Senator.

Questionnaire Section 2:

With road closures severely limiting hunting access to large areas of timber company-owned land and county forest lands, we need BOD members who are willing and able to go to local government meetings and advocate for keeping land open for hunting. The one of many’s things I was taught as a girl by Bill Klugow is when worst comes to worst , to fight for our sport, we need to combine forces with every single outdoors group… I will push for what I was taught on this .
